Away from your existing environment and temptations, you will be guided through a tailored program of fitness and lifestyle rehabilitation that will leave you feeling like a new person.

You will discover that the Mudgee Weight Loss & Lifestyle Service does not offer "easy-fix" solutions to weight loss.

You will work hard, you will hurt, you may even feel like quitting... but we won't quit on you... You'll be personally supervised by our trainers and if you qualify at the end of your program, you will be provided with phone and email support to ensure you remain on your life changing path to good health.

At our weight loss camp and lifestyle program, dedicated participants who are willing to place themselves in the hands of our qualified personal trainers for a 2,4 to 6 week program, will receive life-changing benefits. These will include not only weight loss & increased fitness, but also the skills to go forward and take full control of your life.

You'll be guided through an exercise regime designed to boost cardio-vascular fitness and burn calories in a controlled environment. You will be taught the basics of healthy nutrition, proper eating and shopping habits that will remain with you for life.

Once a week we take you to some of our favourite restaurants and cafes where you'll learn about making healthy choices from standard restaurant menus.

All you need to bring is a good pair of exercise footwear and suitable clothing. All your accommodation and meals are taken care of by onsite staff.
