Our personal trainers will guide you through the process, ensuring not only weight loss but general cardiovascular fitness. You will look and feel better in a matter of weeks.

An average 4-6 week in house stay program at our Weight Loss Camp, in which our qualified health and fitness trainers, with certificates three and four in personal training, assist you in CHANGING YOUR LIFE.
Where to start
After a preliminary interview, which can be completed via telephone, you'll be assessed and if found suitable, invited to stay at our Weight Loss Camp for what will be the most life changing experience yet.
You'll be looking at a total exercise day of 3 work-outs per day. With highly qualified trainers who have had not only personal experience but also have a great passion for their work, they will do the motivation part for you!
You will join in a broad range of exercise including Cardio work, Swimming, Hydrotherapy, Cross-Training and other activities, with the appropriate amount of rest periods during the day. Our Exercise programs are carried out in open air areas of our property and also in our private in-house gym and sporting complexes in Mudgee.
Our highly motivated trainers are fully trained and accredited, with most having a certificate four in health and fitness. All you need is the desire to change and the will to learn and we guarantee you that you'll have our total commitment to you personally, while you're here and after you leave.
We aim for total rehabilitation and make-over to have you ready to go back to your family, loved ones and friends.
