What is included in the pricing?
Call us for details of package deals which include accommodation, meals and personal training. Additional items may be included in your package according to your individual needs.

Payment must be made in advance for the first week of your program, if after this week you choose to stay on and fulfil your weight loss target and are deemed suitable to stay, the remainder for the time you would like to stay should be paid in full. This gives the option of a try before you buy system. (For all conditions please view our terms and conditions page)

Do I have to do a full 4 or 6 week program?
No, if for example you are a professional and cannot afford to lose the time, you may elect to have several shorter stays of 1-2 weeks.

For maximum benefit, and to "reset" your daily living patterns, we do recommend a 4-6 week stay for those wanting a complete make-over of body-shape and cardio-vascular fitness.

What is a typical day like?
You'll be looking at a total exercise day of 3 work-outs per day. With suitable rest periods between.

All our highly motivated trainers are fully trained and accredited, with most having a certificate three and four in health and fitness. Our trainers have a great passion for their work, they will do the motivation part for you!

Exercise regimes may include a broad range of exercise considering Cardio work, Swimming, Cross-Training and other activities. Saturdays & Sundays are nominated as rest days, allowing you to simply relax or explore our fabulous region with its many attractions.

Take the Great Western Highway through the Blue Mountains or alternatively the Bells Line of Road through Richmond and Windsor to Lithgow. At Lithgow follow the signs to Bathurst, shortly after leaving Lithgow you will see a sign for Mudgee and an exit lane on the left.
