A deposit for your first week is required to secure a reservation. Reservations can be made by post, enclosing a cheque or by telephone with payment made by credit card. There is a 2% bank charge for credit card payments. Payment by Amex card will incur a 3% added charge. Internet bank transfer is also available. The balance of the full cost of the program must be received by Mudgee Weight Loss and Lifestyle Service 5 days after arrival if the client and management both agree that the client is suitable to participate in the program. Medical Please obtain a blood test report for cholesterol & triglycerides and an exercise clearance from your Doctor is essential before you commence at our service. We also recommend that you check with your Doctor before coming to Mudgee Weight Loss and Lifestyle Service regarding exercise and special dietary needs that could affect any particular medical conditions for which you are being treated. Cancellation If you wish to cancel your reservation giving less than fourteen days notice BEFORE YOUR START DATE, the full deposit will be retained. Curtailment Your weight loss success depends upon your commitment. Once you have finalised your commitment by paying the balance of the cost of the program, our policy is this payment is non-refundable. However, if you have to temporarily leave due to illness, injury or personal matters, you can re-book your stay. In this case there will be a small administrative cost. Dress We recommend you bring tracksuits,swimming costume and towel, leisurewear plus suitable clothing and shoes for outdoor activities depending on the season. Valuables and Liability No responsibility can be accepted for the safety of money or valuables brought to Mudgee Weight Loss and Lifestyle Service. The management will not be liable in any circumstances whatsoever for damage, injury or consequential loss, however caused to our clients, their property or belongings. No Pets Allowed For the safety and comfort of all clients we have a no pets policy at our accommodation. However, ask for a list of local boarding houses for your beloved animal to stay. NO Smoking, Alcohol or non-presciption drugs are allowed on the premises.Only come if you are a non-user. Anyone found breaking this rule during their stay will be sent home.
